How Our Process Works:

1. Register to allow us to gauge your interest for our travel packages. If you no longer wish to join us/unable to start the payment plan you will have a 2 - year travel credit to join any trip with us or simply plan your own vacation.

2. During Payment 1 or when paying in full you will opt-in to Cancel for ANY reason insurance and Trip Protection (included in the cost of registration up to $150) OR you can apply your initial payment towards your FINAL trip balance and opt-out of insurance.

YES! We have secured transportation arrangements for all members to go to the Grand Kadooment (Carnival Parade).

Dancing in the parade, also known as jumping, with a local band is an additional cost. We will secure pricing for our group and communicate this pricing once it becomes available.

Bands typically launch their costumes and official Fetes (parties) in February/ March.

After making your deposit you can select from the following payment plans:

Automated Payments ( pay each month for 9 months, must begin payments prior to 10.31.25)

Yes - trip Insurance and trip protection is included in your package and guarantee a 100% refund if you cancel for any reason!

100% Payout is limited to members who cancel for a covered reason (sickness, injury, job loss, etc..)

100% Payout is limited to members who COMPLETE their payment plan and cancel prior to 90 days of departure.

75% Payout is limited to members who DO NOT COMPLETE their payment plan or cancel within 90 days of departure

Of course! If you don’t have a roommate you will be added to our roommate pool. All pairings are made with your safety and comfort in mind (ie same sex pairings only with two seperate beds)

BGI is the shortest distance to where we will be staying. This is the only airport that we will provide transfers from.

If flight prices are high from your departure airport do not panic. The costs for flights typically drop 120 - 90 days from trip departure. We will provide a group block and guidance on when to purchase flights.

In a worst case scenario, if you’re unable to secure flights within budget you can leverage your insurance for a FULL refund if your trip is paid in full and you opted into and purchased insurance.

Flights to Barbados (BGI) can range from $600 to $750. As a rule of thumb use incognito mode to search for flights.

Flights under $750 and under are considered “good enough” and should be purchased and held. You can always receive flight credits / refund directly from the airline if the prices drop.

Yes, we are encouraging extended stays so that you can ease in and out of our travel experience with us.

Discounted rates will be provided that include private transfers.

You can indicate your roommate when you complete your Member details.

You will be placed in the roommate pool based on availability. Final confirmation of roommate will be provided 90 days prior to trip departure or when both parties complete their payment plan (whichever comes first).

If we are unable to pair you with a roommate you will have the opportunity to upgrade to single occupancy or leverage insurance for a full refund.

You're VIP, simply share your flight details and we will arrange your transport.

You cancel for a covered reason injury, job loss, illness etc… (200+ instances)

You cancel for ANY reason 91+ days prior to trip departure and your trip is paid in full

75% Payout:

You cancel for a reason that is not covered and have not paid for your trip in full.

You cancel for a reason that is not covered, paid in full, but canceled within 90 days of departure

Your deposit covers the cost of your trip protection plan and is non-refundable.

If your roommate cancels you will be placed in the roommate pool (based on availability) or you can upgrade to single occupancy.
